Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a welcoming, onsite setting. This full-time role focuses on providing essential speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 17-20 students across Pre-K to 5th grade. You'll play a key role in students’ development and communication skills, collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

Candidates with experience in pediatric and school-based settings will thrive in this role, using their expertise to make a meaningful difference in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active MN SLP License—required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school environments strongly valued
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades Pre-K through 5th
  • Complete evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Contribute to building a positive, encouraging school atmosphere
