This contract role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist seeking full-time hours and the chance to make a significant impact on young learners from Pre-K through 5th grade. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 17-20 students, supporting their communication and academic growth.

Your expertise with pediatric populations and experience in a school or healthcare setting will set the stage for your success. Collaboration is key, and you’ll partner closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Hold an active MN Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pediatric and elementary-age populations
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and track student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate interventions
  • Support and guide families regarding student needs and progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and state guidelines
