Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a school-based Speech-Language Pathology role. Required Background & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Open to both SLPs with CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to efficiently complete documentation and manage a varied workload

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Provide direct therapy services 32 hours per week throughout the academic year
  • Support student advocacy and inclusive education practices
