Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist credential is required—no exceptions
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students in a special education setting

• Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and support diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic support to students identified under RSP on two campuses
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging instruction in alignment with each student’s goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
