Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to positive outcomes for students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—individual and group—within school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide support and education to staff and families regarding speech and language development
