Step into a fulfilling contract position where your expertise as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist will make an immediate impact on K-12 students. This exciting opportunity places you onsite, working full-time from now through the end of the academic year. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educational professionals and provide essential support to a diverse caseload, helping students develop critical communication skills that pave the way for lifelong learning.

Applicants will bring a strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with experience across healthcare, clinical fellowships (CFY), and educational settings. From conducting thorough evaluations to implementing and tracking individualized therapy plans, your role will be at the heart of student success.

Qualifications:

  • Hold current SLPA licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12)
  • Clinical competency in SLP-CCC or pursuing CFY, with solid documentation and organizational abilities
  • Adept at effective collaboration with educational teams and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to begin as soon as possible and commit through the end of the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy
  • Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and student support initiatives
  • Monitor and adjust therapy approaches to ensure measurable progress
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state standards
