Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and collaboration
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders, ensuring thorough assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students’ unique needs
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
  • Diligently monitor and document student progress to inform best practices and maintain compliance
  • Foster collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals for coordinated care and support
  • Guide and involve families throughout the therapy process to encourage carryover and reinforce progress outside the classroom
