Desired Experience and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
• Experience working with elementary students is highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
• Develop and monitor IEPs, maintaining compliance with all regulations
• Track student data, progress, and document services in accordance with school and district requirements
• Educate and support staff and parents on communication strategies and best practices
• Offer engaging, developmentally appropriate interventions that promote student participation and growth
