• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education services to assigned students within a virtual school context
• Work primarily from the district office, engaging students according to their IEPs
• Collaborate with the Special Education Director and other team members to adapt instructional materials and strategies for online delivery
• Monitor student progress, assess needs, and communicate regularly with parents, related service providers, and staff
