Job Description

You’ll be responsible for teaching and case management primarily in a 01 LRE setting, with a small group of students requiring an 03 LRE. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school professionals to provide effective, individualized instruction and ensure every child’s unique needs are met.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid AL SPED credential/certification required
- Previous experience in special education is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and families

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to a range of learning needs
- Track progress, update IEPs, and conduct assessments to ensure educational goals are met
- Facilitate a welcoming, adaptable classroom environment for both 01 and 03 LRE students
- Work closely with parents and interdisciplinary teams to support each student’s development
