Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Burleson, TX

You’ll work closely with students at two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, ensuring continuity of care and structured support without transitioning between campuses during the day. Your placement on each campus will be clearly scheduled, allowing you to focus on the unique needs of each group.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and active Texas SLPA licensure required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong commitment to student growth and communication development
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• Required to complete fingerprints and pass a drug screening prior to start date

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language support to students as assigned
• Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student
• Implement therapy plans under supervision with adaptability across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Support initiatives that enhance students’ educational experience
