Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state
• Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as part of the IEP process
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
• Write thorough evaluation reports and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student
• Offer consultative support and resources for classroom strategies
• Track and report student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
