Exciting Contract Opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists in a vibrant school community! Two distinct roles are available: a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students across the 2026–2027 academic year, and a part-time SLP supervising talented Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) up to 20 hours per month. Both positions are on-site in a school environment, providing the chance to collaborate closely with dedicated educators and families.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, qualified to practice in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Direct experience in school-based settings, including administering comprehensive evaluations, supporting IEP development, and participating actively as a team member
- Skilled in SLPA supervision (for part-time role)
- Knowledgeable in conducting 30-day reviews for paraeducators involved in Medicaid-reimbursable services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer speech and language assessments within an IEP framework
- Oversee up to 2.0 FTE SLPAs, ensuring compliance and quality of care (part-time role)
- Perform required reviews for paraeducators' Medicaid-reimbursable activity documentation
- Provide direct speech and language services aligned with approved caseload parameters
- Engage with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
Enjoy working on-site with a supportive school team in Claremont, New Hampshire. Vendors receive reimbursement for travel to and from the area at the current IRS mileage rate, supporting professionals based outside of Claremont.
