Step into a dynamic role serving students by providing essential speech-language services in a supportive school setting near Lebanon, NH. Two opportunities are available for the 2026–2027 school year: one full-time and one part-time position with a focus on both direct speech-language services and SLPA supervision. Both positions are on-site, offering a chance to collaborate closely with school teams and families to make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure, with eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with school-based speech and language evaluations, IEP documentation, and student services
- Demonstrated ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Position Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments as part of multidisciplinary IEP teams
- Deliver direct therapy and case management for student caseloads within public school settings
- Supervise up to 2.0 FTE SLPAs, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and compliance with best practices
- Perform 30-day reviews for paraeducators involved with Medicaid-reimbursable activities
- Provide additional speech services within assigned hours as needed
- Foster strong relationships with faculty, families, and related service providers for holistic student support
