School-Based Physical Therapist - Warren, Michigan

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working with a center-based program supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities, ages kindergarten through 26. This full-time opening runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, requiring onsite presence for 35 hours per week. You’ll play an integral role in empowering diverse learners, collaborating with a dedicated team in an educational setting near Warren, MI.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Possess a valid Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license. Upon applying, provide a current license screenshot as part of your documentation.
• Demonstrated experience working in school-based environments.
• Confident supporting students with varying abilities and tailoring interventions for moderate to severe needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite; remote/teletherapy is not available for this role.
• Experience in a center-based or similar special education setting is highly preferred.

• Deliver physical therapy services to K–age 26 students as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to individual student needs.
