Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active OT or COTA license (or eligible for Washington licensure)
  • Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
  • Experience or comfort working with K-12 students (ages 5-19) across a range of abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting student success through evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students ages 5-19
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
