Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT license (or eligibility) in Michigan
  • Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver direct therapy services, tracking progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to foster student progress
  • Support IEP development and attend multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide consultative services and strategies for classroom environments
