School Psychologist - Gaffney, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure and credentials as a school psychologist
• Previous experience working in a school setting, especially at the elementary level, is preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling for students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred by school staff or parents
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct counseling or intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with intervention teams, participate in case conferences, and provide consultative support to teachers and staff
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and records in compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Assist with crisis response, prevention programs, and staff training as appropriate
