Bring your expertise as an ABA Therapist or Behavior Specialist to an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment near West Chester, PA. This full-time, onsite position spans the school year from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a 35-hour work week and one available opening. The district is seeking professionals with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis to champion autism support and elevate instructional practices for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new staff in general instructional strategies for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Conduct all-staff training sessions on individualized student behavior intervention plans
  • Lead refresher trainings on the latest evidence-based practices and procedures
  • Establish and support the development of Verbal Repertoires for students
  • Model research-backed instructional strategies directly in classroom settings
  • Guide teams on scheduling, assessment, and logistics essential for Year 1 implementation
  • Facilitate IEP, BIP, and document reviews for all building staff
  • Remain onsite during critical back-to-school periods to provide support to staff and administrators
  • Collaborate with consultants to align practices with district-wide implementation goals
  • Conduct in-class coaching, reinforcing best practices and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensure fidelity during the rollout of individualized student programs

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania educator certification in Special Education or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based ASD instructional strategies
  • Previous work in autism support or special education within schools
  • Ability to secure all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
  • Experience working in urban school settings is required
  • Consistent availability onsite and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable adhering to an onsite schedule between 7:15AM-4PM
