• Experience as an OT in school settings preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans aimed at improving students’ academic performance and participation
• Contribute OT expertise during IEP meetings and team planning sessions
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate student success and independence in the school environment
• Adapt quickly to new assignments as specific school placements are finalized
