Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Commitment to supporting student independence and success in the classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop intervention plans tailored to support academic and social participation
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in groups, in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, evaluations, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations regarding each student’s progress
• Support educators in classroom modifications and adaptations to foster student success
