We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), with supervision available, to provide high-quality therapy services within a supportive school setting.

This role offers a flexible schedule of 12 hours per week, with the option to expand your workload by pairing with an additional 8-hour position at another nearby location. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid OT or COTA license in the state of Ohio
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to adapt assessment and intervention strategies to student needs
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• For COTAs, willingness to work under OT supervision
• Organized, self-motivated, and committed to fostering growth in students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ skills and provide individualized interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support educational goals
• Document sessions, progress, and maintain thorough records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of students’ IEPs
• Foster a positive and therapeutic environment to maximize student engagement
