Job Description

Step into a dynamic role focused on enriching young learners’ educational experiences as you provide critical behavior support and expert coaching in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. This contract opportunity allows for a blend of in-person and hybrid work, offering flexibility while making a real impact in early education settings.

Starting in mid-August 2026 through early June 2027, you’ll rotate between classrooms each quarter, collaborating closely with teachers and staff to foster positive environments and practical behavior management strategies. With a minimum of three days per week on-site, and a flexible schedule for hybrid arrangements, you’ll enjoy variety and the chance to tailor your workweek to fit your life.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings, especially with early childhood populations (PreK-K)
  • Strong background in behavioral intervention, coaching, and management strategies
  • Flexibility for a hybrid schedule – minimum of three days on-site is required
  • Ability to conduct all classroom observations in person
  • Successful completion of an in-person background check (processing time varies between 2-6 weeks)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Rotate between assigned PreK-K classrooms each quarter, adapting to new environments
  • Provide ongoing behavioral assessments and implement intervention strategies
  • Offer direct coaching to educators and classroom staff on best practices for behavior management
  • Complete detailed observations on campus to support accurate recommendations and follow-up
  • Communicate consistently with educational teams and contribute to individualized behavior plans

If you thrive when supporting educators and young learners, value flexibility, and hold a passion for early intervention, you’ll find this hybrid role both professionally fulfilling and rewarding. Don’t miss out—submit your application now to embark on a meaningful contract supporting the youngest students’ growth!

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
