Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategies tailored to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to provide training and guidance on behavior strategies
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data and student response
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
