Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience with early childhood populations (PreK–Kindergarten preferred)
  • Strength in developing, implementing, and monitoring effective behavior management strategies
  • Strong observational, analytical, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule if opting for hybrid arrangements (minimum of 3 days on-site)
  • Ability to complete in-person classroom observations and thorough in-person background check

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to PreK–K classrooms, ensuring positive, inclusive learning environments
  • Observe and assess student behavior to identify strengths, concerns, and intervention needs
  • Engage in collaborative coaching with teachers to empower staff in managing diverse behavioral challenges
  • Rotate across different classrooms each quarter, adapting strategies to unique student and teacher needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation of intervention strategies, outcomes, and recommendations
  • Deliver behavior support grounded in evidence-based principles while building rapport with students, staff, and families
