Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a school-based or youth-centered environment
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to craft, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpret results to guide interventions
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide coaching and professional development for teachers and support staff on behavioral interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Engage families to support behavior goals and generalization of skills at home
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and ethical standards
