Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior management strategies and support in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
- Rotate between different classroom settings each quarter, ensuring broad impact across student groups
- Conduct in-person observations to produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Offer ongoing coaching and consultation for teachers and staff in behavior support techniques
- Maintain documentation and reporting in line with program requirements
- Collaborate flexibly; while most work is on-site (minimum 3 days per week), some remote work is possible depending on the needs of the role
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, current BCBA certification
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students, specifically in behavior management
- Strong skills in behavior observation, assessment, and intervention planning
- Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to rotating, quarter-based schedules and adapting to the needs of different classrooms
- Reliable transportation for travel to various classroom sites as needed
- Successful completion of an in-person background check (processing times vary depending on the season, generally 2-6 weeks)
