School Speech Language Pathologist - Reedsport, Oregon

This full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning August 27, 2026. Engage with a diverse caseload of approximately 45–60 students as you work alongside dedicated educators and specialists Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure or eligibility in Oregon
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communicative and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments for students of varied backgrounds and needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student progress
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices
• Provide training and resources for staff and families as needed
