Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Reedsport, Oregon

In this role, you’ll use your skills in evaluation, IEP development, direct and indirect services, and teletherapy within a caseload structure. Flexibility and professionalism are key as you work across multiple age groups and potentially multiple school sites. Administrative time and team meetings are included to help balance your workload, and current supervision requirements for the role are being confirmed.

The right candidate will have:

• A valid Oregon SLP license (CCC or CFY welcome)
• Experience in schools, pediatric therapy, or healthcare SLP settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and service delivery
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Confidence utilizing teletherapy (if needed)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for students K-12
• Developing and managing IEP goals and implementing effective interventions
• Providing direct and indirect services in-person (teletherapy may be an option)
• Documenting student progress and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Participating in paid administrative time and team meetings for comprehensive support
