Your contract will span the entire academic year, from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with quarterly rotation between classrooms to keep your daily routine dynamic and engaging. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Previous experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children preferred
• Strong background in behavior management and positive behavior intervention strategies
• Ability to adapt flexibly to evolving schedules, especially if opting for the hybrid arrangement
• Must complete an in-person background check; processing times vary seasonally (2 – 6 weeks)
• Excellent communication skills for coaching instructional staff and collaborating with school personnel
