Step into a rewarding contract role supporting early childhood learners with your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This opportunity, located within the Danville, IL area, offers a unique hybrid model—minimum three days on-site each week—designed for professionals seeking flexibility while providing high-impact behavior management in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. Your skills will be vital in offering in-person behavioral support, conducting classroom observations, and delivering coaching to educational staff.

Your contract will span the entire academic year, from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with quarterly rotation between classrooms to keep your daily routine dynamic and engaging. As a trusted support for young learners and their teachers, you’ll foster positive classroom behaviors and help set a foundation for lifelong success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Previous experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children preferred
  • Strong background in behavior management and positive behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to evolving schedules, especially if opting for the hybrid arrangement
  • Must complete an in-person background check; processing times vary seasonally (2 – 6 weeks)
  • Excellent communication skills for coaching instructional staff and collaborating with school personnel

  • Provide direct behavior support to PreK–K classrooms
  • Conduct regular in-person classroom observations and develop intervention plans
  • Coach teachers and staff on effective behavior management techniques
