Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, depending on licensure
  • Active SLP or SLPA Minnesota License required
  • CCCs or CFY welcome
  • Pediatrics and school-based SLP/SLPA experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K–8th grade students
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student communication growth
