Qualifications:

  • Active Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of one year of recent school-based SLP experience
  • Experience working with self-contained classrooms preferred
  • Ability to work on-site (remote or virtual is not an option)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Support bilingual caseload, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in assessments, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school policies
