Step into a rewarding role supporting students during the 2026–2027 school year as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a pivotal part in helping children reach their communication goals, collaborating with educators and families, and shaping young lives. This full-time opportunity offers an 8 am – 4 pm schedule (30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday through Friday. Multiple openings are available in diverse school settings within the Riverside and Perris areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license and certification (CCC–SLP)
  • Previous experience providing speech therapy services in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions (both group and one-on-one)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to district and special education requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and goal setting
  • Provide resources and strategies for staff and families to reinforce communication development
