Job Description

Make a meaningful difference supporting students in a contract-based Speech-Language Pathology role. Multiple opportunities are available to work with school-aged children in collaborative and rewarding academic environments, serving students with autism spectrum disorder, severe multiple disabilities, and those in need of behavioral support.

Openings include:

  • Two full-time positions within a 12:1:3 classroom setting, working with students diagnosed with ASD and severe multiple disabilities.
  • One part-time position (3-4 days/week) in an 8:1:1 program focused on providing behavioral support.

Roles begin ASAP, offering both new graduates (CFs) and experienced clinicians the chance to thrive. Onsite supervision is available for Clinical Fellows.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold (or eligible for) Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC or CFY status
  • State licensure and necessary educational clearances for New York
  • Passion for supporting students with complex communication needs and behavioral challenges
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and therapy to school-aged students in special education settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, families, and educators to create and implement IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services tailored to students with autism, severe disabilities, and behavior needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with school and state guidelines
  • Attend meetings and contribute expertise to support student success and classroom goals
