Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a meaningful impact in educational settings as a pediatric Occupational Therapist. This part-time position is perfect for passionate professionals who thrive working with children and collaborating with school teams. Your role will be shared between two districts near Mill Valley and San Rafael, offering a diverse experience supporting students’ growth and development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Prior school-based OT experience; background working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to navigate a split schedule between districts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working with educators, families, and support staff
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and academic success through individualized therapy

What you’ll do:

  • Provide OT assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement therapy services for students in K-12 settings
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to create and carry out personalized therapy goals
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
  • Support classroom adaptations, staff training, and strategies that promote access and participation for students
  • Travel between assigned districts to ensure continuity of care and support

The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a consistent four-day-a-week schedule during the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your school-based OT experience while positively impacting students in multiple communities.
