Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spicer, MN
Job Description

Work with a manageable caseload of approximately 17-20 students in grades Pre-K through 5th, allowing you to provide truly individualized attention and support.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid MN SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders common in elementary-aged children
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Monitor progress and regularly communicate updates to families and educational staff
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Provide resources and training to parents and classroom teachers as needed
