Step into an impactful role supporting the growth and success of students as a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite-only contract opportunity is perfect for a therapy professional excited to work in a dynamic school-based environment, offering expertise in fine and gross motor skills, and a passion for empowering young learners.

This position serves students for 20 hours each week from August 17, 2026, through May 31, 2027. With your background in schools, healthcare, and home health occupational therapy, you’ll play an essential role in helping students reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license (Arizona eligibility required)
• Demonstrated experience delivering OT services in school settings
• Familiarity with assessment and intervention for fine and gross motor skill development
• Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Previous work in OT for healthcare or home health settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students, focusing on functional skills to foster academic success
• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individual plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to IEPs as needed
