As a travel Occupational Therapist, you’ll be exposed to diverse approaches to therapy, gaining expertise from various school settings, leadership styles, and student case complexities. Each assignment not only expands your skill set but also enhances your resume, making you a more versatile and well-rounded clinician.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for school settings
  • Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Background in working with students with multiple disabilities and developmental delays
  • Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to document and track student progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly in-home OT (3x 30 min sessions) for a student with developmental delays and HIE
  • Deliver individual OT (1x 45 min session) for a non-verbal, non-ambulatory student with cerebral palsy and seizure history
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers and educational teams
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
