School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Charlestown, New Hampshire

Two opportunities are available: a full-time SLP position, and a flexible part-time SLP role providing SLPA supervision and additional support services as needed. What you'll be doing:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations as a vital member of IEP teams
• Provide targeted speech and language services to students, tailored to individual education plans
• Supervise up to two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (part-time role), ensuring quality and compliance
• Conduct 30-day reviews for paraeducators involved in delivering Medicaid-reimbursable services
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to best support students’ needs
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of services and progress
• Engage with a lively, supportive school community dedicated to inclusive education

What we’re seeking:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, with eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Strong background in school-based evaluation procedures, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Hands-on experience in supervising SLPAs and collaborating with educational professionals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
