Exciting opportunities await passionate Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant educational setting. Two contract positions are available on-site for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year: one full-time SLP role and a part-time SLP focused on supervising SLPAs. Both positions offer the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and support students’ communication growth in Claremont.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations as a member of the IEP team.
- Supervise up to 2.0 FTE Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (for the part-time role).
- Conduct 30-day reviews of paraeducators providing Medicaid-reimbursable services.
- Provide direct speech and language support within the scope of approved hours.
- Coordinate services with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist license for New Hampshire.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in school-based evaluation, IEP development, and SLPA supervision.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- One full-time on-site SLP for the entire academic year (1.0 FTE).
- One part-time SLP for up to 20 hours per month, primarily supervising SLPAs with potential for additional direct services.
- All services provided on-site in Claremont schools.
- Travel mileage to and from the district reimbursed at the IRS rate.
