School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Berlin, New Hampshire

What You Bring:
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience, particularly with preschool populations
• Proficiency in conducting thorough and compliant speech and language evaluations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering growth in diverse students

Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech-language therapy services to preschool students in a school setting
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from preschool to high school (grades 6-12)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing evaluation results and recommendations
• Communicate closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain detailed records and comply with school policies and best practices
