This role focuses on working with Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade students, delivering vital speech services across general education, Resource Specialist Programs (RSP) with speech, and Special Day Class (SDC) classrooms. You’ll collaborate with an experienced onsite SLP who understands the unique needs of the students and staff. What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California

  • Confident in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing intervention for speech and language disorders in a school environment
  • Effective communicator—able to collaborate closely with team members, teachers, students, and families
  • Skilled at writing IEP goals, progress notes, and maintaining thorough documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy and assessments for students in TK–5th grade, including those in SDC and RSP with speech
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address communication needs
  • Consult with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and IEP reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams

In addition to working in a dedicated and welcoming school environment, you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of a supportive SLP colleague and the satisfaction of making a meaningful, daily impact on students’ lives. If you’re a passionate SLP ready to start right away, submit your application today to make a difference where it matters most.
