Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Michigan
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized plans for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities within the academic setting and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services, consult with staff, and recommend environmental adaptations as needed
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students’ educational goals and participation in school routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
