Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license valid in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or education-focused clinical setting is highly valued
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students with various needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, support staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering students’ independence and functional skills in the educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with their IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and create goal-directed treatment plans tailored to each child’s educational needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, educational specialists, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
• Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
