School Psychologist - Peoria, Arizona

Make a meaningful impact by providing vital psychological support and guidance to students from PreK through 8th grade in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to nurture student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona School Psychologist Certification
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card
• Experience supporting PreK-8 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations and creating intervention plans
• Knowledge of the special education process, IEPs, MDRs, and MTSS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective strategies and interventions
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, helping to design individualized plans
• Oversee out of district placements as needed
• Support and facilitate the MDR review process
• Contribute to the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), working with colleagues to meet students’ diverse needs
• Offer additional assistance with psychological services or related tasks as needed

Those in this position will be compensated between $50 and $58 per hour, reflecting the value of your expertise.
