Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and best practices for school psychological services
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 65 students effectively
- Comfortable working onsite daily—remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and standardized testing for students
- Interpret assessment results and share recommendations with educational teams and parents
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, eligibility determinations, and student support meetings
- Support implementation of interventions to address academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional concerns
- Provide crisis intervention and consult with school personnel to develop strategies for student support
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
This contract role runs from July 1st, 2025 through May 22nd, 2026, with workdays consisting of 8 hours and not to exceed 40 hours per week.
