Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for the state of Arizona
- Experience working with students in inclusive and specialized classroom settings
- Familiarity with creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, staff, and administration
- Flexibility and initiative in adapting instructional strategies to support diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans aligning with IEP goals
- Utilize various instructional techniques and resources to support student growth
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to maximize inclusion
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress regularly
