Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Educate school personnel and families on adaptive equipment, modifications, and exercises to enhance students’ participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals
