What You’ll Need:

  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligibility/ABA expertise with a plan for certification)
  • At least 2–3 years of clinical experience supporting neurodiverse children (ages 3–13)
  • Strong background in ABA, data-based analysis, and behavior intervention
  • Experience (preferred) in Direct Instruction & Precision Teaching frameworks
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sensory processing and occupational therapy principles
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Your Key Impact Areas:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop/monitor Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Deliver and optimize ABA-based interventions for academic and social growth
  • Lead precise data collection, analysis, and instructional decision-making
  • Collaborate with OT, SLP, and teaching staff to integrate supports
  • Model and coach best-practice strategies for staff
  • Engage families and teams through regular communication and training
  • Maintain program fidelity and ethical/compliance standards
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and professional growth
