Make a meaningful impact in education as a Speech and Language Pathologist, providing essential support to students across both middle and elementary school settings. Two full-time opportunities are available, each splitting time between two schools, and both are set to begin in late November, continuing through the end of the school year. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for passionate professionals ready to nurture communication skills in learners at different developmental stages.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, able to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible and organized, able to balance responsibilities across two different campuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech and language delays or disorders

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  • Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed

  • Split time effectively between a middle school and an elementary school assigned to your position

  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students
